2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve UmiCard services, process payments, send transactional emails, display analytics, and ensure platform security.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with third-party services necessary to operate UmiCard: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). CRM integrations are user-configured and optional.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights through your dashboard settings or by contacting us at privacy@umicard.com.
