By accessing or using UmiCard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use UmiCard for illegal activities, harassment, spam, phishing, or distributing malware. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By using UmiCard, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content as part of the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
UmiCard is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
